Baqueira Beret Lift Pass 2026: Prices & Tips

·4 min read·By Baqueira.net Editorial

A single Baqueira Beret lift pass covers the whole 169 km ski area — all three sectors (Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua) and all 36 lifts. Here's what it costs and how to keep the bill down — and for the whole trip, see what a Baqueira ski trip costs. Prices are set season by season, so confirm the current rate on baqueira.es before you book.

What it costs

Baqueira publishes a set tariff each season rather than pricing by demand, so the rate doesn't swing with how busy a given day looks. What does change the price is how you buy — the channel and the number of days. For the 2025–26 season the headline rates were:

  • Adult day pass at the ticket window: €71.50 — up 3.6% on the previous season's €69.00, and the first time Baqueira has crossed the €70 mark. It sits at the top end for the Pyrenees.
  • BaqueiraPASS (online only): a personal, reloadable card carrying a permanent 5% off the window price — about €68 on the day rate. There's a small one-off card fee, so it pays back over a few days' skiing.
  • Weekend rate: around €66.50 per day.
  • Multi-day packs are where the real saving is — a five-day pack works out at just over €60 per day, and longer consecutive-day tickets fall further still.
  • Beginners: the Beret debutant pass (green runs only) is about €25 adult, €16.50 child — worth knowing if you're learning and not using the whole mountain.
  • Season pass: roughly €1,250 on the early-bird sale that opens in July, rising to about €1,350 from November. Nominal — photo ID required.
  • Afternoon pass: skiing from 13:00 across all sectors, a cheaper option for a half-day or a late arrival.
  • Children and seniors get reduced rates on the usual bands: under 6 ski free, roughly 40% off for ages 6–11 and 20% off for 12–17; seniors get about 15% off at 65–69 and ski free from 70. Confirm the exact ages and rates for the current season.

Where the pass is valid

One pass covers the entire linked area — you can ski from the Baqueira base over to the Beret plateau and the Bonaigua sector without buying anything extra.

The cross-country circuit at Beret is free. It uses no lifts, so there's no ticket at all, and it stays skiable even after the resort closes for the season.

One thing the pass doesn't automatically include is ski accident insurance — it's sold as an optional add-on when you buy the ticket or top up the card. It's inexpensive and well worth taking, especially if you plan to venture off-piste, where a rescue can be costly.

How to save

  • Ski multi-day rather than single days — this is the biggest lever by far.
  • Avoid the peak weeks (Christmas/New Year, the February half-terms, Easter) if you can.
  • Buy online on a BaqueiraPASS — a permanent 5% under the window price, and it skips the queue. Note the discount comes from the channel, not from booking early: there's no demand-based surge to beat.
  • Bundle the pass with accommodation — many hotels sell packages.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is a Baqueira lift pass?

An adult day pass was €71.50 for the 2025–26 season. Weekends work out around €66.50 a day, and multi-day packs bring it to just over €60 a day. Prices are reset each season, so check baqueira.es for the current rate.

Does one pass cover all of Baqueira Beret?

Yes — a single pass covers all three linked sectors (Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua) and all 36 lifts across the full 169 km area. The cross-country circuit at Beret needs no pass at all; it's free.

Can you buy the Baqueira lift pass online?

Yes, through the official resort site — and it's worth doing. The online BaqueiraPASS carries a permanent 5% discount off the ticket-window price and saves you queuing. The saving comes from the channel and from buying multiple days, not from booking early — Baqueira doesn't price by demand. Prices are reset each season, so check baqueira.es for the current rate.

Do children ski free at Baqueira?

Under-6s ski free, and there are big reductions for older children — roughly 40% off for ages 6–11 and 20% off for 12–17. Seniors get about 15% off from 65 and ski free from 70. Confirm the exact age bands for the current season when you book.

Is insurance included in the Baqueira lift pass?

No — ski accident insurance isn't included by default, but you can add it cheaply when you buy the pass or top up your card. It's strongly recommended, especially for anyone heading off-piste, where mountain rescue can be expensive.
